Requirements
Your web site should be in English.
Adult or hate and search engine spam web sites are not accepted.
SEO: Your link location page for your partners must provide "page
rank" value to your link partners. Link pages that cannot be
indexed by the search engines are not accepted. E.g. partner links
contained in a third-party database.
Your web site must not be under construction and the design and
navigation must meet some level of standard.
Please note
Your Link Exchange Partners reserves the right to edit
your posting if needed and to reject your request for any reason.
Your account expire and is terminated if you don't login to your
account in two months or if your web site doesn't meet the above
requirements.
Creating your account is Free.
Synchronization between the two accounts. If you have
a web directory account and receives requests, your Link Exchange
Account web site url needs to be that very same url.
